Buying

How do I pay? Orders are cash on delivery or cash on pickup — you pay in gourdes when you receive your order. You can also pay by card (Visa/Mastercard, charged in US dollars). MonCash is coming soon.

Where do you deliver? Delivery and pickup are available in selected cities. Each product shows the cities its shop delivers to.

How do I track my order? Sign in and open your account to see every order and its status. See tracking an order for details.

Can I review a product? Yes — once your order is delivered, you can leave a verified-purchase review from the order or product page.

Selling

How do I start? Apply to sell, get approved, and list your products. See the seller guide for a full walkthrough.

What does it cost? Listing is free; AyitiCo takes a commission on completed sales. See pricing & fees.

How do I remove a listing? Archive it from the product's edit page — it hides from buyers and you can unarchive it later.

Orders & delivery

Why was a product out of stock at checkout? Stock updates in real time. If the last item sold while it was in your cart, you'll be asked to adjust your order.
