Terms of Service

AyitiCo is an online marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers in Haiti. AyitiCo provides the platform; sellers are responsible for their own products, listings, pricing, and fulfillment.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use AyitiCo.

Orders are placed as cash on delivery or pickup and paid in Haitian gourdes on receipt. Prices, availability, and delivery areas are set by sellers and may change. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale completes on delivery or pickup.

Sellers must be approved, list only items they are legally entitled to sell, describe them accurately, honor published prices and stock, and fulfill orders promptly. Prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe items are not allowed. AyitiCo may suspend shops or remove listings that violate these terms.

Listing is free; AyitiCo charges a commission on completed sales as described on the Pricing & fees page.

Returns are handled per our Returns & refunds policy. Buyer Protection covers eligible orders.

You keep ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, reviews) but grant AyitiCo a license to display it on the platform. Don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

The platform is provided "as is." AyitiCo is not the seller of items listed by third parties and is not liable for products themselves. See our Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, AyitiCo's liability is limited.
