How buyers pay
Orders are cash on delivery or cash on pickup. The buyer pays when they receive the order, in Haitian gourdes (HTG). Prices are shown in gourdes, with the Haitian-dollar and approximate US-dollar value beneath. Card payments are now available (charged in US dollars); MonCash is coming in a future update.
Getting paid
Because orders are cash on delivery, sellers collect payment directly at the point of delivery or pickup. As we roll out online payments, AyitiCo will settle online-paid orders to sellers and deduct the commission automatically. We'll share full payout details before that launches.
Delivery
Delivery and pickup are currently available in selected cities. You choose which of those cities your shop serves from your seller dashboard, and buyers see it on each product page.
