Returns & refunds

Because most orders are cash on delivery or pickup, please check your item before you pay. If it's clearly damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you can decline it at delivery.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

• damaged or defective,
• significantly different from its description or photos, or
• the wrong item.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

• Perishable goods, intimate or hygiene items, and custom or made-to-order products.
• Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
• "Used"-condition items, except where they don't match the listing.

Open the order in your account and contact the seller, or email support@ayitico.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns are refunded by the method used (for cash-on-delivery orders, the seller arranges the refund), typically once the item is returned and inspected.

Every order is covered by AyitiCo Buyer Protection. If an issue can't be resolved with the seller, contact us and we'll help mediate.
