Inspect on delivery
7-day returns on eligible items
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
- damaged or defective,
- significantly different from its description or photos, or
- the wrong item.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Not eligible
- Perishable goods, intimate or hygiene items, and custom or made-to-order products.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
- "Used"-condition items, except where they don't match the listing.
How to request a return
Open the order in your account and contact the seller, or email support@ayitico.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns are refunded by the method used (for cash-on-delivery orders, the seller arranges the refund), typically once the item is returned and inspected.

Every order is covered by AyitiCo Buyer Protection. If an issue can't be resolved with the seller, contact us and we'll help mediate.
