Where to find your orders
What the statuses mean
- Placed — the seller has received your order.
- Confirmed — the seller confirmed it.
- Preparing — your items are being prepared.
- Shipped — on the way to you (for delivery orders).
- Delivered — received. You can now leave a verified review.
The status reflects the seller's progress on your items and updates as they fulfill your order.
